长效型防静电EPE泡棉产品 EPE anti-static foam product 长效型防静电EPE泡棉产品 EPE anti-static foam product 特性: 俗称“珍珠棉”,根据珍珠棉的密闭泡孔结构和泡率区域宽20~40倍的产品特征,制程中使用丁烷和单杆酯发泡剂高压注入的工艺特征。 用途： 通过后道深加工工艺把0.5~2mm的防静电卷材料进行与PE、PP、TPU等材材质的薄膜复合成多层复合卷材，可实现对产品防擦伤，防止产品表面静电吸附尘埃粒子，屏蔽等功能。进而用高周波热压、贴封口制袋用于电视机、电脑显示器、笔记本电脑、通讯设备、医疗仪器、音响、电子半成品的出货包装。以其多功能复合基材的特性可替代胶袋、气泡袋等传统包材达到更佳效果。通过卷材贴合、复合、分切下料，冲压成型贴合这些后道深加工工艺，把3~15mm的防静电卷材厚料制成具有优良防震缓冲定位包装材料，工序转运异型托盘等。 Feature: It is common called “pearl foam ”, according to the product feature of the airtight structure and sparkling rate, it uses butane and vesicant in the producing process.
